Four bestbet bounties remain in the field as Noah Schwartz leads the final 25 players in the battle for the six seats at tomorrow's televised final table. The last bounties are on Marvin Rettenmaier, Byron Kaverman, Tyler Patterson, and Garrett Greer.
Play ended yesterday when bestbet bounty Sam Soverel was eliminated in 26th place by Michael Robilotto, scoring Robilotto a cash prize and medallion. Jean Gaspard, who had been the chip leader going into Day 2 of the competition, was eliminated yesterday as well. A total of 25 bounties were included in the tournament out of the 379 player field. The number of entrants surpassed the $1 million guarantee, creating a $354,335 prize for the winner. That prize includes the $15,000 seat at the WPT Tournament of Champions. The top 48 finishers received payouts starting with Ian O'Hara. Along with the winner, three more players will receive six-figure pay-days tomorrow.
