NFL Super Bowl odds down to the Final Four

After another exciting weekend of action, the NFL is down to its Conference Title Games. And the updated Super Bowl odds are extremely tight at the Americas Cardroom sportsbook.

All four teams are between +242 and +300 odds. Philadelphia is the slight favorite as you can see below as they are coming off a very impressive 38-7 home win over their division rival NY Giants. The Eagles now have an extremely physical and tough game this Sunday at 3pm ET against the San Francisco 49ers. Note the Eagles are a 2.5-point home favorite with a total of 45.5.

Over in the AFC, Cincinnati is visiting Kansas City this Sunday (6:30pm ET) in a rematch of last year’s AFC Title Game. That was won by Cincy in an upset. This year, the Bengals are just 1-point ‘dogs (47.5-point total) and a big reason is that Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes suffered a high ankle sprain against Jacksonville last week. He’ll definitely play this week but is expected to be hampered.
