Sunday Recap: Players feast during ACR’s Bountyful Weekend

Sunday packed quite a punch at Americas Cardroom. We wrapped up our Thanksgiving Bountyful Weekend with a trio of hard-hitting holiday tournaments, where players earned double bounties for knocking out our pros. But that was just part of the story.

Our $500K GTD Thanksgiving Bountyful Weekend PKO tourney had a total of 3,068 entrants, across all flights, competing for a share of a $613,600 final prize pool, including $306,800 in bounties. This $215 buy-in tournament had 342 paid places in all plus many more earned bounties. Your top three:

$250,000 GTD Bountyful PKO

With an affordable $55 buy-in, the $250K GTD Thanksgiving Bountyful Weekend PKO tournament had no trouble attracting a crowd. Thanks to 6,401 entrants in all, the prize pool swelled to $320,050, which included $160,025 in bounties. Here’s the top three:

$100,000 GTD Bountyful PKO

Thanks to the ultra-low $16.50 buy-in, our $100K GTD Thanksgiving Bountyful Weekend PKO tourney had a healthy $130,590 final prize pool, including $65,295 in bounties. Of the 8,706 entrants who took part over the holiday weekend, a whopping 990 cashed and even more earned bounties. Your top three:

$250,000 GTD Sunday Special

Thanks to 1,340 total entries, Sunday’s $250K unlimited re-entry tourney was more special than expected. 216 players went home with cash in this $215 buy-in event, which had a final prize pool of $268,000. The top three:

Sunday’s $300K Warm Up featured 2,981 entries, which means this popular $109 buy-in tournament had a modest $1,900 overlay. Congrats to all 450 players who took home cash. Here’s the top 3:
