Thanksgiving Treat with three NFL games to bet on
By Bob Garcia
It’s hard to believe we’ve already reached Thanksgiving week. And while many of you are focused on all the food and family time that comes along with this holiday, football fans love the three NFL games to bet on this Thursday.
Included in the three contests are the traditional host teams of Dallas and Detroit. So take a look at all the Turkey Day odds below with a few betting trends mixed in.
Chicago Bears (NL) at Detroit Lions – 12:30pm ET
This spread is off the board right now with Chicago quarterback Justin Fields (ribs) still hurting and Andy Dalton expected to start. Detroit quarterback Jared Goff is also questionable with Tim Boyle the alternative. This is expected to be a low-scoring game and the Under is 7-1 in Detroit’s last eight.
Las Vegas Raiders (+7) at Dallas Cowboys – 4:30pm ET
Las Vegas has hit the skids the last few weeks, going 0-3 SU and ATS. Now they have to play in a very tough venue with Dallas 4-1 SU and ATS at home this year. The Cowboys’ only mishap at home was a 30-16 loss to Denver as 10.5-point favorites on November 7th. Note the Under is 4-0 in Dallas’ last four games
Buffalo Bills (-4) at New Orleans Saints – 8:20pm ET
This spread has moved in New Orleans’ direction since yesterday when they were +4.5. The Bills are feeling the heat after losing two of their last three game to Jacksonville and Indy, both as at least a touchdown favorite. New Orleans is trying to break a 3-game skid and has only played three true home games this year. The Over is 4-0 in the Saints’ last four.
