Amazon has a new tool available for video game fans

Video gamers can now easily share content and video game activity through Amazon
The reason why Amazon has become one of the biggest companies in the world is thanks to the mindset the company has as it gets involved in every single industry able to generate money, and the gaming one was not left behind.
It has developed different spaces to attract all sorts of gamers and streamers, such as the creation of its own studio in 2012. Now that Amazon has been more involved in streaming platforms, GameOn, its own mobile game-oriented social media video-sharing app, has been launched to give the company greater access to the video game market.
Amazon acquired the Twitch online streaming platform two years later and then added a service called Twitch Prime, to which all the Amazon Prime subscribers were granted access. That gave them access to DLC, free games, and much more and, in 2020, Amazon also announced its new Luna video game streaming service. GameOn helps round out the video game services the company can offer and, when the app was initially available to the public, only Android users had the chance to download it. Now it is also available for iOS devices and mobile browsers.
This new app seems to bring different combinations from Twitch and TikTok, meaning that the users won’t only be able to watch videos, but also create, edit and post their own content with no further issues. The app is completely free and it doesn’t require an Amazon or Twitch account to use as it will be working independently. GameOn claims to support “over 1000 of the most popular mobile games,” including great hits like Pokemon GO, Clash of Clans, and PUBG Mobile.
