Sunday NFL Wild-Card Betting Preview

By Bob Garcia
Our NFL Wild-Card betting preview continues with the three games for this Sunday, January 10th. You can check out the Saturday preview here.
Baltimore Ravens (-3) at Tennessee Titans – 1:05pm ET
This spread has moved in Tennessee’s direction since Monday morning, when it was +3.5. This is expected to be a high scoring affair with easily the highest total of the Wild-Card games at 54.5.
Both teams finished with identical 11-5 records, but Tennessee has homefield advantage after winning the AFC South.
The Ravens are the road favorite as they come in red-hot, winning five straight games. They’ve also covered the spread in their last six. The Maryland bunch is looking for revenge after getting upset by the Titans in the Divisional Round last year, 28-12 as 10-point home favorites.
Chicago Bears (+10) at New Orleans Saints – 4:40pm ET
This spread has moved slightly in New Orleans’ direction since Monday morning, when it was -9.5. The total is 47.5 points.
Chicago (8-8 SU and ATS) is the lowest seed in the NFC and had to back-door into the playoffs after losing to Green Bay in the final game of the regular season. The OVER is 5-1 in their last six games.
New Orleans (12-4 SU, 9-7 ATS) was without several players against Carolina last week due to Covid, but still won 33-7. Running back Alvin Kamara was one of them and there’s no definitive word on whether he will return this week.
Cleveland Browns (+6.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers – 8:15pm ET
This game has had the biggest odds swing since Monday morning, when it was Cleveland +4. The total is 47.5 points.
The biggest reason for the odds shift is that Cleveland (11-5 SU, 6-10 ATS) head coach Kevan Stefanksi has tested positive for Covid. Offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt will call the plays with Stefanski not available for this game.
Pittsburgh (12-4 SU, 10-6 ATS) dominated the first home meeting against Cleveland this year, 38-7 as 3-point favorites. They are 4-1-1 ATS in their last six home games against Cleveland. Pittsburgh is also 7-2 ATS in its last nine home playoff games.
