Betting Pick: Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers
By Bob Garcia
Two AFC North teams battle this Sunday in the Keystone State as the Cleveland Browns visit the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Week 6 NFL contest kicks off at 1pm ET.
Pittsburgh is a 3-point favorite at the Americas Cardroom sportsbook, although bettors do have to pay extra -125 juice. The Browns are +105. The total is 51 points.
This is one of the best divisions in football with Baltimore, the second-highest Super Bowl favorite in the NFL. Note there should be around 5,500 fans allowed at Heinz Field this week, the same number as against the Eagles last week.
Pittsburgh (4-0 SU, 3-1 ATS) is coming off a 39-28 home win over Philly as 7.5-point favorites. That game was closer than it appears, with the Steelers only getting the cover after scoring a touchdown with just under three minutes remaining.
Cleveland (4-1 SU, 3-2 ATS) has rebounded nicely after a 38-6 Week 1 loss at Baltimore. They are on a 4-game winning streak, covering the last three. All four of those contests also went over the total with Cleveland scoring 37.5 PPG.
The Browns will be missing running back Nick Chubb. He injured his knee two games ago against Dallas. The team does have one of the best backups in the league in Kareem Hunt, but this is a game that the loss of Chubb could really show up.
Cleveland’s two starting receivers (Odell Beckham and Jarvis Landry) are both listed as questionable for this game, but each are more likely to play than not.
The home team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings between these teams.
