Ship it! ACR Pro, Robert Kuhn takes down his first-ever WSOP Bracelet!
By Bob Garcia
Talk about a weekend to remember. Recently signed ACR Pro, Robert Kuhn made a huge splash in the poker world by winning $115,850 and bringing home a much-coveted WSOP bracelet.
Kuhn bested a field of 2,091 total entries (1,450 individual players and 641 rebuys) to secure the win after 12 hours of play and an epic 1-hour heads-up match. The field featured well-known players including Daniel Negreanu, Joseph McKeehen, Ali Imsirovic, Ari Engel, and fellow ACR pro Tom Cannuli. If this wasn’t enough, Kuhn scooped up another $21,204 by winning a separate $215 side event he was playing at the same time.
Though this is Kuhn’s first bracelet, he has been no stranger to WSOP success. With 11 cashes under his belt and $133,945 in lifetime WSOP winnings, along with $236,624 in WSOP Circuit Event cashes and a championship ring, this epic weekend’s scores add to an already impressive poker resume.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s WSOP is being held entirely online rather than at the Rio Convention Center in Las Vegas. The WSOP schedule has just one bracelet event daily through July 31st, and players are required to be physically present in New Jersey or Nevada to take part in the online tournaments.
Of course, Kuhn is no stranger to online poker. As an Americas Cardroom Pro, Kuhn regularly competes in online cash games and tournaments at ACR under the name Trumping_you. He’s also been a proud ACR Stormer since January 1st of this year, which means anyone can watch him in action on Twitch.

We’re going to sit down with Kuhn shortly for a full interview. Make sure you visit the Big Blind Blog tomorrow to read more about his milestone and everything else the Barnesville, Ohio native has to say.
