CS: GO announcer accused of sexual assault by ex-girlfriend
HenryG faces allegations of assault and abuse that could threaten his career
Twitch streamer Kelly Jean has accused his ex-boyfriend, CS: GO caster and former pro player Henry “HenryG” Greer of sexual assault and abuse. According to Jean, the 31-year-old caster physically and emotionally abused her. “My ex, Henry ‘HenryG’ Greer, was verbally, emotionally & mentally abusive and had sex with me when I did not and could not consent,” Jean wrote.
Jean gave details of the events in a tweet. She said that the two of them celebrated New Year’s together, adding that, after they both used marijuana, HenryG engaged in sexual activity with Jean without her consent. Jean allegedly told him before that she was not interested in having sex, even before he started to make any advancements. “What he did was wrong and an incredibly selfish decision that has had a pretty profound psychological impact on me,” Jean wrote.
In addition to that, Jean accused her ex-boyfriend of calling her a victim in a way that would “completely undermine and discredit [her] feelings.” She added that he used to yell at her in public, gaslight her and threaten physical violence against one of her friends. Jean was packed with evidence and she added a screenshot of a Discord conversion she had with HenryG in which he can be seen apologizing for his actions; however, there has been no public response by him to these accusations.
This chat log that she published showed Jean complaining to him about engaging in sexual activity with her even though she was tired and too high. She added that he ignored her request and said that it was a painful experience for her. HenryG only said that he feels bad about it and he will stay away from her.
