Wynn Signature Series to award almost $700K
As the year winds down, there are still a few poker tournaments available to earn some extra spending money. Beginning November 28, poker players from around the country will descend upon Wynn Las Vegas for the annual Wynn Signature Series poker festival. The series will run until December 10, offering a total of 11 events across various formats and awarding a total of almost $695,000 in prize money.
Included in the lineup are a couple of senior's events, two survivor tournaments, a short deck ante-only event and NLHE and Pot-Limit Omaha action. The series will get underway with a 50-or-older Seniors tournament with a $550 buy-in and a guaranteed prize pool of $50,000. The second Seniors event will be held on December 5 and offers a $25,000 guarantee against a $400 buy-in. All tournaments of the series will allow reentries.
From November 29 to December 2, the first of two NLHE tournaments with massive guarantees will be held. The $600 buy-in event offers a prize pool of $250,000 and the second NLHE event, another $600 buy-in tournament, will offer a prize pool of $150,000 and runs from December 2-6.
Wynn will be holding five satellite tournaments for entry into the NLHE events. Their buy-ins are $120 or $180 and will be held on November 28-30 and December 5-6. The November 30 satellite has a buy-in of $180, while the other four will cost $120.
