Utah Jazz look for 10th straight win
The Utah Jazz have been making music lately. The NBA team has won nine in a row, and are looking for their tenth when they travel to take on the Memphis Grizzlies tonight in Memphis. While anything is possible, the Jazz shouldn't have too much difficulty taking the victory, given the dismal performance lately by the Grizzlies.
The Utah team is hoping to make a return trip to the Western Conference playoffs. They're certainly well on their way, winning 15 of the last 16 games with 17 games left in the season. The team is currently 35-30 and is tied for fourth place in the Northwest Conference with the Denver Nuggets. Tonight's game, which kicks off at 7 PM CT, is part of a five-day, three-game road trip for the team from the Beehive State.
The Grizzlies have been in a slump lately, and haven't found their groove on the courts. The team has now lost 15 games in a row, including the last five home games. They now sit at 18-46 and are probably wishing the season were over already. They haven't completely given up, though, and showed some impressive performances during games against Denver and San Antonio. It's for this reason that the Jazz can't consider tonight's match a sure-thing.
